This is a bike that I would recommend but the price is maybe ok maybe not good. This is just barely 10 years old but still has rim brakes. If you are planning on commuting all year even in the rain then disc brakes are really nice to have and would potentially be able to find in your budget. The good things apart from the overall design and model being one I recommend are that it is quite light for a commuter bike especially with that carbon fork, and the rear rack they added is highly recommended for a commuter.
