I bought a used bike that has Shimano Di2 11 speed. On the old drivetrain everything was smooth. I replaced the 2 front rings, crankset, chain, and cassette. I also put in a new wheelset. When replacing, I cleaned the rear derailleur (left it in place on the bike) and only took out the hanger and 2 jockeys wheels for cleaning.
After putting everything back in with the new drivetrain, the bike makes this tickling sound when paddling. What’s wrong? Did I mess something up like bending the rear hanger (how to verify), or do I need to index the Di2 (just guessing, not sure how to do it yet)?

Is the chain on backwards? The letters on the chain should be readable from the drive side of the bike. It’s hard to tell from a video. Where did you get the parts? From a reputable shop or from an online retailer?
You might just need to adjust limit screws and indexing since you swapped wheels. The cassette is probably in a slightly different position if everything above checks out.
Sounds like it needs to be indexed. Di2 does need to be adjusted after setup, just like a mechanical mech it doesn’t know exactly how it’s sitting in relation to the cassette
Is there a stiff link? Or perhaps the quick-link is not locked completely.
