I have a back wheel coming and I am just switching to LHD for the first time. I completely overlooked the fact that my cranks have a sprocket bolt only on one side, would I be ok to ride for a few days with my cranks flipped backwards? I know that the cranks are labeled left and right for a reason and the pedals might get loose but I wanted to see if anyone had ever done the same thing.

In theory, it’ll work. Just bring a pedal wrench and Allen keys and check them all often.
I just wouldn’t recommend it for an extended amount of time. But a few days or a week should be ok.
