Likely off a complete haro, so it’ll do the job, but can’t say if it’s anything more than basic hi-ten steel

If it has gyro tab drill holes it’s prob at least a Haro downtown, the leucadia and parkway don’t have them, and can’t be too old, because it has integrated headset ‘cups’ also noticed it doesn’t have integrated seat clamp I’m not a Haro guru so that’s my 2 cents
