A little more speed. Sit down into the manual a little more instead of trying to muscle the bike up. It feels weird to do. I’m learning too. Been outside for the last hour working on manuals and 180s. I get my best results “sitting down” off the back of the bike but it takes getting use to. Lots of looping out. Another thing that helps is looking ahead. I have a tendency to watch the front tire.

If you’re not looping out, you’ll never find the balance point.
A little more speed will help too

You need to lean back. Practice flipping out a few times.
