This project has been talked about in Utah for a few years now, but this is the first time I'm seeing a map of proposed routes. It will connect all 5 national parks in Utah and over 25 state parks, some of which would probably be national parks or monuments in other states.
One thing I haven't heard anything about that will be an important component of this is designated hiker/biker campsites at these parks. Most of these places are notoriously booked out months in advance.
