Looking to get a road bike for light commuting and longer rides. I never bought a road bike before and have spent most of my time on an MTB. What is a reasonable price for this? The owner is asking for $1200.

Price is reasonable to good for a Ti bike. Endurance bike setup, possibly custom with that tall head tube. Could be an okay fair weather commuter if you don’t mind a backback/messenger bag and you have a secure lockup at your destination. This is not something I would leave unattended on a generic bike rack. It would be a pain to fit good fenders, though if you want to make it work they do make split fenders.
