It does look nice. It would turn it into a fixed gear/single speed in a blink though. Love that frame and with these handlebars… But given the setting of the picture you might actually need the gears.

That’s a Shimano 600 drivetrain on that, equivalent to today’s Ultregra line. I’d probably replace the flat bars with drops and let it rip. Beautiful bike.
