255 days ago I posted on this sub asking for advice (https://www.reddit.com/r/xbiking/s/eGA1NGYFpF); I took my sweet time collecting parts and building & even more to finally post – but Iām happy to say my bike is done! Except for the kickstand, still sourcing one that looks neat.
Wanted to take some good pictures before posting but have been dragging that out so here it goes. Curious to see what you think!

No point debating matters of taste but I’d 100% put black wall tires with this color scheme. Another thing’s just kinda the wire bead Billy Bonkers. I’m not questioning the performance, but next to XTR I’d expect some equally flashy rubber, just for cohesion.
None of that matters but what might matter is that your rear fender is installed on the wrong side of the chainstay bridge. Doesn’t look good and likely doesn’t function that well either.

amazing bicycle I just always question Billy Bonkers tires on the bikes on here because I’ve seen the way these colour of tires turn out after years of usage (it looks rotten even if structurally the tire is fine)

No problem with your tires if they work for you. Correct the fender as another reply has mentioned. Good bar choice. XTR good choice. My problem is no water bottle cage. I even take water on short railtrail rides with my wife.
