New (to me) gravel bike, and now I am a gravel rider

First ride yesterday was great. Could get through some of the rocky trails, albeit slowly, and fly on the dirt paths. Road experience was great. Feels like the balance between road and mountain that I have always wanted.
Looking for recommendations on pedals – I have always used crank bros on my mountain bikes. Wondering if I make a switch.
Open to any other tips, suggestions or accessories that I should be looking into.

Bought this bike used at a local shop this week. Seems like previous owner made some mods, but never actually rode it.
