Quest was an Australian team. I saw the jerseys a lot in the mid 90s.
Team jackets were obviously a thing but there are weird ones. I have this same jacket (styling, etc) except the team is Industrial Light and Magic.
Obviously not a team but made for a visual effects crew that rode a lot near Skywalker Ranch.
