

- Replaced my 11sp GRX 810 RD with the 12sp 822 from AX.
- Replaced the Ultegra 2x with 40T GRX cranks sourced from Marketplace.
- Replaced the 140mm rear rotor with a 160mm.
Shifting feels OEM with the correct limits set and indexing. I was already at 11-42T (with a 50/34 crankset) so chain length was perfect.
The tinkering continues! Ride on!
