Hello everyone
I'm seeking your help in regard to this issue that's driving me insane (obviously due to my lack of knowledge)
So my bike is a dynamic Vulcano E-Bike 27.5 size 41
My issue is that I can't get the upper bearing of the headset to fit I can't even identify my type of headset. I bought the 41mm and it' too big
I bought the 39 and it's too small how the hell is this even possible
Please note that the old bearing that i found inside the bike is this different kind of bearing but according to internet research these bearings aren't in use anymore and i can't use it again.
I'll do my best to provide pictures about this
Thank you your help would be very appreciated

Are you trying to fit a cartridge bearing into a loose ball race? It appears to me you need to press in new cups as well.
Also, loose ball bearings will always exist for low end bikes etc. Bike shops have assortment of them and they are very inexpensive.
This headset is made for a certain type of bearings. You bought bearings for an integrated headset type. Your headset fits caged bearings. You can still find them. They’re just an older and mostly cheaper type that wear faster.
