Both are reliable.
One is for square taper BB, and one isn’t.

I believe that Dura Ace has better power transfer due to its attachment to the bottom bracket, which is why most professionals in Europe use Dura Ace. The only thing that could be better at the moment is the 200 BCD from Raketa because it is even stiffer overall.

Unless you’re competing on a relatively high level I’d say it’s just a difference of preference between aesthetics and BB type.
