Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads May you help me, thousand Thanks in advance! See picture: is the front orientation a must in a SON hub? I will use the KOAX connector. Thanks! by PerregrinTukk Bicycling Bike Bike Repair Biking Cycling Repair
SL0WRID3R on October 28, 2025 9:18 am The hub orientation is to make sure there will not be water stay inside the connector. And the dynohub has no polarity (It’s AC) I am using with normal spade connector without any issue. Most modern dyno headlamps has in-built bridge rectifier to correct the polarity so the connector order should not be any issue.
