I'm not super good at things like sizing things and estimating ak I have been riding with these housings for about an hour. Everything works and the cables seem to be okay when the handle bars are fully rotated. How does my pre.wrap housing routing look?

Looks good
Rear brake and rear shift cable should follow the same line. Looks cleaner IMO. There are two holes on the non drive side the will allow this. The drive side internal shift boss looks better suited for a front derailleur cable.
