The interior splines are 4 skinny splines on each side, with 2 wide splines separating the 4 skinny. This is on a Gravity Deadeye 29er. I'm guessing that the spacers are covering the freewheel body, but I'm not sure. Anyone have experience with this?

This is a cog and spacers in a cassette body. You’ll need a chain whip and a cassette removal tool.
