If you jumped off the International Space Station, you might think you could just skydive down to Earth. But the planet’s gravitational pole means you would actually get stuck in orbit for years. And since you would be traveling at thousands of miles hour, even the tiniest space rock would pierce you like a bullet. Now, if you somehow managed to dodge the debris, you would eventually get pulled back down to Earth. But as you re-entered the atmosphere, the air resistance would cause you to burn up, killing you long before you actually hit the ground.

  1. What if instead of skydiving with a lot of surface area on you body for the air to hit you dive making it the surface area smaller so you donโ€™t hit all the air and instead of getting stuck in orbit what if you kick off the space station so you have a different velocity

  2. Noooooooo we can skydivie
