Chasing the last fall colors

Pretty pictures only tell half of the story. It‘s been a rough ride as the weather wasn’t exactly on my side. Strong winds, rain over my head and wet gravel underneath was draining – both physically and mentally. Afterwards, my bike was a mess and needed an overhaul as parts were finally worn out (bb, headset, parts of the drive train, bar tape, brakes). So was it worth it? Absolutely!
