Sheffield, good area for growth, stable, decent yield. Again, it’s got a lot of terrace houses that are cheap, especially in post codes S2 and S5. Service accommodation kind of sucks. HMOs are okay. I guess it’s a big one for BRs. It’s good for BRs, good for investing. It might be that you want to do it as as a single little maybe as a HMO. Decent area. makes our top 10 list.
