I am looking to getting into cycling as another hobby and as a form of rehab for my knee. I am looking at a Trek edmonda sl6 see pictures below. Owners comments are that it hasn’t been serviced in a long while but everything is running smoothly. What would you pay for this, price in AUD. Also would this be a good entry bike or what would you recommend for around a budget of 3k AUD

It’s worth a little more than half of that, maybe. Low end frame with arguably the only bad carbon wheels they make, solid groupset. Nothing to get excited about
Personally rather have an ALR over an SL anyway
Buy a new Trek bottom Groupo and upgrade as they wear.
3.2 k was the retail price (I have one of these).
It’s probably worth half that, minus what you’d have to pay to tune it up.
