Bought this some time ago at a thrift shop, for 40€ 😉 For now it is sitting in my garage, eventually it will get a makeover and a happy new owner 🙂
The company Victoria was founded 1886 under the Name „Velocipedfabrik Frankenburger & Ottenstein“,
they also produced motorbikes. Around 1956 they got in trouble like a lot of German bike companies due to drastically declining sales. They merged with a couple of other manufactures into the Zweirad Union and kept mainly producing there „Vicky“-Moped until ~1965-68 when the company was bought again by Hercules (Wich was owned by Fichtel & Sachs) the name disappeared for Motorcycles but bicycles with that brand were sold at least until the 70s.
The Name got then revived 1995 by Hartje and they produce still today in Germany.
Oh and the color was called cedar green you could also get it in tenerife blue or ruby red.
