Hello, I bought a 90s MTB with a 7s cassette. It has this type of freehub body with a thread diameter of 14mm. Is there a possibility to put on a freehub body compatible for 11s cassette? Or should I buy a new wheel?

You can probably find a replacement freehub body that will fit 11 speed. It is a little wider than that one. You may have an issue with interference of the smallest cog with the frame
You will not find something modern that fits a 7sp original freehub. Get a modern wheel.
