Help my real wheel spin

If your tire is hitting your frame, you just need to straighten it out in the chair stays before you tighten those pegs. You can name something in there to keep the wheel in line while you tighten the axle nuts. Are these thread – on pegs? Those are very annoying to deal with. You might also need another link in that chain for more room but I can’t really tell
