Hello, I found this Bridgestone Picnica in the trash and I want to fix it up. First time fixing up a bike.
I removed the non-drive side fine but can't get the drive side to move. Is there a special tool? Turning clockwise to remove is correct?

Assuming it is English BB, then yes, drive side is left-handed thread.
And for the BB plate, [a tool like this](https://www.parktool.com/en-us/product/crank-and-bottom-bracket-wrench-hcw-4?category=Crank+%26+Bottom+Bracket) should do the trick.
