Canyon H36 Alternatives

I have this 2023 Canyon Ultimate CF SL7, in size L, but I already have the cockpit on the lowest possible setting, and I still feel like I could reach a bit longer. The frame size is good, I am 188cm tall, but I want to have a more aggressive position on the bike, and also I could reach a little bit longer than what the stock H36 cockpit allows. Since my cables are not integrated and my bike doesn't have the new T-bars, would it be possible to switch out the cockpit to a third party's product? Would it be possible just to simply use a different brand that lets me buy maybe a 400mm wide bar with 120mm reach?
