In my hours of research to find the fattest rubber that can fit on my frame, all I could glean were whispers around that people have successfully fit 32c tires on State Bicycle 6061 Black Label v2 frames.
After pulling trig, and in an attempt to set the record straight: you can in fact fit 32s. All you need is a longer chain to push the back wheel back a bit for clearance. I am currently running Conti GP4Seasons in prep for winter riding. After a quick 20mi rip, I might actually run these pillows all year (whoa, all 4Seasons).
This frame has been my dream frame since it dropped in 2019 (Peach colorway), and after a lucky FB Marketplace find, IT MINE. Only two previous owners with collectively probably 6 rides between them, all on freewheel hub. Finally upgraded to clipless and I dig it.
