The bike in the picture you linked shows a dropper post seat. I see 4 cables there coming from the handle bars and see a post lever. So i would say it does or else unless what they sell isn’t what they show

The picture shows a dropper post. Basically every MTB over $1500 has a dropper these days
Also the listing has a components list and lists

Googling Canyon SP0081 brings up instructions on the canyon dropper seatpost as well as sale listings for that part number with pictures of the dropper
It’s got one in the picture and the spec sheet says it has one (in the link) so I’m going to hazard a guess and say no

It has a dropper, a good sign that tells you if a bike has a dropper post is if there is a round thing collet above the actual seatpost clamp. 99.9% of the time this is true.
