Run one long section of housing. Unless that’s for your front derailleur and you have a guide that runs the cable under the bottom bracket and then directly to the front derailleur. In that case, you’re still going to want to run the long section of housing, but you are going to need to get a clamp on cable stop.

Hey,I have zip tie in exactly the same spot! It solved so many shifting problems and cable is not rubbing hard to it’s much easier to shift. Imho it would’ve been better if those metal cable holds were longer on frame but what do I know..

You could cut it off and braze a new one on. Not sure how attached to the paint you are or if you can buy/borrow a torch and rod.
Electronic front derailleurs are a thing or you could go 1x. Too many options. Not really sure what you’re doing with this bike or want to do with it.
