No, it’s not shocking Red Bull didn’t “step up” as you would say, nor is it surprising his main Sponsor didn’t either (Coca Cola is majority shareholder).
No one forced him to choose that gnarly double back flip off the hit .and fuck, that’s was a gnarly choice, even at that level of him and his peers.
Big risks come with big consequences, and he’s well aware considering his previous injuries.
