over tightened. get a torque wrench, spec for those bolts is 6-8 nm.
How tight is the bolt ?
Overtightened. Also, if the conical washers are set up wrong (say, if the domed part is pushing/facing into the caliper) it’ll contribute. It’s hard to see in that picture, but sorta looks like the domed part is facing downward, which would be wrong.
