Hey guys,
Looking at getting a beginner MTB for just around town and maybe some light gravel / dirt trails, don't want to spend too much. Found this Univega Alpina S6.3 for what I bargained down to $50 for, is it worth buying? Seems to be in very good condition and just my size. From a total bike noob and the research I've done this seems like a good brand for back in the day, I don't mind fixing her up just appreciate the advice.

I had that exact bike! Its a good bike! Considering the age l, all the components may be garbage. You could fix it up, but i may quickly turn into a money pit. Could turn it into a cool restoration bike!
