This looks to be the 2022 model. Mechanical disc brakes, shimano Altus group set.
The bike was around $700 new. I personally wouldn’t pay more than $250, but it really depends on your area’s used bike market.
It obviously hasn’t been ridden much, so there shouldn’t be hidden damage or additional repairs to worry about.
Maybe try to negotiate it down, but it’s not a bad deal.
