Assuming it’s photographed at the same scale as the M5x15 socket head machine screws next to it, it appears to be a blunt-tipped M5 thread-forming screw, with extra large threads for biting into plastic. Somewhere between 17-18mm long. I can’t find one with a truss head online, but just adding a washer would help mimic that effect.
