My commuting whip, a Scott Metrix 10. Added some Enve M5 bars, DT Swiss G1800 wheels and an XTR M9120 front brake. The rear brake lever also got swapped out but there's no meaningful options to replace the rear caliper and rotor with anything bigger. I like big brakes. My doctor tells me I'm addicted to big brakes, but I tell him I can stop any time.
I'd love to do more mods, but 12sp road drivetrains with rapidfire style shifters aren't real common. I'd love to go di2, but it means I've got to go 1x on the front, and I don't love that.
