Unsure if this just came off my bike was switching over wheels and unsure if this was already on the ground or came off bike had disc brake rims
My guess is spoke screw? But am not missing any on the wheel unless it was floating inside the tyre

Yes, it’s a spoke nipple. It’s possible that whoever laced up the wheel dropped it inside the rim and just left it there.
