Is it possible to have to have all 4 cables to be internally installed from drops to stem with a non-internal cabling headset? from them stem back to being exposed to the frames cabling holes.
fyi. will upgrade to compressionless if so (had to replace the set anyways)

Et depends a little I guess. I’ve done this on my old bike, fully mechanical, and it worked out fine! See picture below.

It worked hust fine, but you might want to protect your frame a little with some extra stickers or something against the rubbing of the cables. But it sure looks really great if you ask me!
The headset isn’t your only issue you would also need some fairly extensive frame & fork modifications which would probably end up costing significantly more than just buying a bike with fully integrated routing & that’s if you could find a frame builder who has the ability to re heat treat an entire frame.
No, can’t do it and not worth it
You have a good bike there. Learn to appreciate what you have. Save up your pennies and on a special day you can “break the pig” and get yourself a new toy. What is up with the the internal routing craze? I know it looks good but someday you will need to transport your bike. Now you’re screwed. They make splitters but I never see them used on these internal frames.
I was just watching a guy [fold up a travel bike](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAUfeC5y6Ek). Why doesn’t every bike have these? This is much more practical than running all your cables through the headset.
