I know my chain is a bit longer since when on small x small, it slacks like in picture 1, but when it’s on big x big, the rear derailleur tilted to an unusual angle which I never seen on other bikes(picture 2), and if I shorten the chain for another 2 links, the angle will be even more pronounced. What’s the problem here?

And also, it seems to me like in the second photo the chain isnt really lining up well with the teeth. How old is the chain and how old is the front chainrings?
Small:Small is a combo you would (usually) avoid as it’s ‘cross chaining’, so that’s part of it, but also the chain looks too long.
Did you change something in the setup recently?
Your derailleur is not installed correctly. Reposition correctly and you won’t have this problem
Length aside, you shouldn’t see daylight between the chain and the teeth.
