Hi, welcome back to my channel. Thanks for clicking on this video. Um, I’m introing this retrospectively because I’m just editing this vlog and realized that my intro was really, really bad. And I’m really excited for this vlog because my first New Yorker vlog was really not great because we had bad weather. But Miguel and I decided to extend our trip and we’ve had some really, really good rides and runs now. And this vlog is really big on the cycling cuz I mean that’s what Mora is all about. And I did the best ride of my absolute life when we went up for Mentor. And then we’ve just done another one as well today on our last day which I did was the Fennia um which is like the Iron Man 70.3 route uh climb. And yeah, I just absolutely loved it. And I’m really happy that you clicked on this video. And I hope you enjoy it more than the part one. And that part two is yeah, a lot better. Um, and yeah, if you like this video, please like and if you want to subscribe to my channel and follow along for some more Iron Man training, please subscribe. Hi, happy Tuesday. Um, I have just finished an incredible twohour swimming lesson um with the same uh guy that I did the video analysis with with Miguel. Um, but Miguel didn’t do this lesson with me. It was just solo. And it was really really good and I’m really happy. I got my stroke down already from like averaging 215 220 to like 155. Is it expensive? No, it’s really it’s cheaper than cheaper than Portugal. Say hello. Hello. just filling them in on my uh my swim times. It’s been quicker than yours now. Absolute rabbit. Well, we haven’t tested mine since last. We haven’t tested. But you need to get home. I’m going to try and insert some of the footage he took because I already looked so much better. Um and I was like, I feel so fast. But then I forgot I was wearing the flippers at that point. Scammed. Scammed. Alammed. Um but we’re going to head back to Alcudia now and we’re going to get grab some lunch and then do a cycle because the weather is really really good today. But probably just a short like an hour, get a coffee and cake. We’re not going to push our luck because knowing us, we’ll go out for a big ride and then we’ll get stuck in a thunderstorm again. Um, so yeah. So, so far this day is going really really well. Um, I didn’t put my Garmin on for the workout because I didn’t want to be focusing on like stop start stop start and everything. And it’s a 50 m pool that I was in so I didn’t even know how to update the settings on my Garmin to be honest. Like I knew I would have just messed up. So yeah, say bye for now. Bye to got my brownie, my coffee. The girls got to cook zero cuz he’s boring. And then we got the view of Port Deza, right? Did I say that right? It’s a solid two out of 10 pronunciation. I just broke his glasses. I think I dropped them as I was put them in my pocket and he rode over there. Did I break them? Did you explain what you did? You You gave Oh, Miguel, can you get some footage for YouTube for me? Yeah. Yeah. Just take my glasses. Oh, [Music] that’s not right. Can you Right. Give me Let’s see if at a stand still you can put them in. They’re not broken. No, that’s cuz I just pieced them together, mate. Things that I like. Go on. Put them in. It’s quite hard to put them in. Especially with one hand that I had two hands. Jesus Christ. Abs. The view’s nice. Get out the way. Look that. There we go. That’s much better. [Music] Happy. What day is it today? Friday. It’s Thursday. No, it’s Thursday. Happy Thursday. Um, we’re about to do our first proper big ride here finally. We’re going up for mentor today. So, it’s going to be about 2 and a half, maybe threehour ride, depending on how long we take uh going up the climb, but it’s really nice. Really nice day, isn’t it, Miguel? Very nice day. Mhm. Um, and yeah, looking forward to it. We’ve officially extended our rental car, hotel, and everything to stay till Monday now. Uh so yeah, hopefully going to do a lot more fun rides here while the weather is behaving itself. You can’t see Miguel cuz he’s in front. He’s just gone around the corner. Look at that view. Just started to climb up the fermenttor. I’m sorry, this view. This is absolutely insane. I’m so happy we’ve done this today. It looks incredible. So many cyclists as well. Just insane. Like loads of twists and turns coming up. So I better put the camera away. Absolutely insane. Look at that. These views are absolutely insane. People are coming up and down this like maniacs. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] down. [Music] Feel [Music] So many cyclists here and those buses are bloody wild going up and down. Take no prisoners, do you know? Hey, how was that? So nice. It’s really nice, wasn’t it? You were bloody riding up and down circles around me though, weren’t you? And now we got to go all the way back down. That should be fun. Will it take around the same time because there’s climbs on the way up or what you think? Around the same. Yeah, it’s about the same. It’s It’s just the It’s about the same. But you say it was 1,000 m total for the elevation. 60K. Yeah. 60k. That’s what we’re doing today. Nice post ride food. Look at that. That is good. That looks good. I reckon one bite and that’s gone. Chocolate. Chocolate. Come on. Let’s see it. See you. Have a bite. Cross section. [Music] But we’re just about to cycle back to Alcudia, which would be like 20 about 20 minutes, right? Yeah. 20 minutes for a normal cyclist. So with you, you and to about 35. Not that slow. But I do need to get quicker. I’m really not that great. If I want to potentially move here, then I’m gonna have to step it up. I know. You’re not bad. You’re not bad. Thank you, darling. Insane. And our ride. Nico wanted to make it to 70, so we went like to the end of the road and back. 146 normalized. That’s really not bad for me. 146 normalized. Not bad. That’s really not bad. You filming me? Very happy. And now I’m going to get a nice shower and we’ve already eaten now. So I think I’m just going to like KO on the bed to be honest and watch something on Netflix to be honest. Um yeah, I’ll sign off for today and I’ll see you tomorrow. We haven’t decided what we’re doing tomorrow. Maybe another ride, maybe a swim lesson. Not sure yet, but we’ll see. Looks good. [Music] Look at that. good. Good one. Eat it. What’s your one? Happy Saturday. I’ve just done a 45minute easy run along the beach in Alcudia. It’s a little bit busy on the walkway, but I managed to sort of make my way through. Um, but just incredible. Uh, I think we’re going to spend the rest of the day at the beach just chilling, ready for a big ride tomorrow to Sakalobra. Hope I’m pronouncing that right. Um yeah, exciting. So Miguel and I went to the Ryzen shop which is in Senu, is it Senu? Sel which was about 30 minutes in the car from Alcudia and they got like a coffee shop and then they’ve got like the showroom of all their stuff. They had pretty much everything they had in their collection with all the different colors. Um stock-wise was pretty good, wasn’t it, Miguel? Like they had like probably 80 90% of the colors. It was good for the sizes as well. And Miguel the size of the shop. Yeah. Miguel treated me and he brought me this um jersey top which is in the is it call was it hidden pine or forest pine I think. And then the signature this is all the signature range and the signature bib shorts which I had to go medium. So I actually do have the bib shorts in a small but they were actually a bit too tight and I wish I went for the medium. So, I tried on the medium and these and they fit really well. And I tried on the small as well and the size difference is crazy. Like Miguel didn’t end up getting them because he tried on the small and he was like, I need an extra small. But the extra small he could barely actually get up his legs. So, sizing on Ryzon seems to be like I definitely recommend going to a shop before ordering online or like just ordering loads of different sizes and returning. Um but yeah, and also they did give us some socks which I want to keep, but Miguel was I think going to steal them cuz technically he paid. Um which are the the airflow socks which look really nice. I do have um Ryzon socks already which are slightly different ones. But yeah, so it was really really nice though. Really enjoyed it. And I’m going to wear this for the big ride tomorrow. Um but I’m not going to do Sakalobra. Miguel’s going to do the whole ride. I’m only going to do like the Iron Man foria. Fmentia um ride because you said it was going to take like six hours, didn’t you? Seven hours. I don’t think I have that in me to be honest. I think three, three and a half, four hours max is sort of my endurance riding at the moment. Um but yeah, I’ll take you along for that ride tomorrow. I’ll be we’ll be going up together and then at the climb I think Miguel will split and go his separate way and then I’ll go my separate way which will be exciting and then before you know it we’ll be going back to Portugal and that will be the end of the Morca vlog which was first one was really bad but this one I think’s picked up the pace a little bit and it’s a bit more exciting with the Iron Man training and at the moment I think I’m gonna log around 9 to 10 hours which is a lot more god than I did god that was embarrassing than I did last week which was about like three hours. I literally just stacked it backwards. Getting ready for the ride. I’m wearing my new Ryzen. You’re wearing your uni Ryzen as well. Nice color. Hey, just filling up the bottles. One electrolyte, one just water. We’re doing the same route. Mhm. This room’s a bit messy, but what time is it? It is nearly 10:30, which is when we wanted to go, right? Yes. So, Miguel’s doing a slightly different ride to me. I’m just doing the Iron Man the Iron Man route. Arm time is slightly shorter. Yep. And then you’re going to Sakalobra. Yep. But you have to do the Iron Man climb to get there. So, we’re going to ride together for a little bit. Miguel’s very excited. Yeah, very excited cuz I go slower than him. So, yeah, that’s what we’re doing today. And then we got to come back and chill for a bit and pack because we’re going tomorrow. Is that flight midday? Flight midday. Yeah. Midday. Turn the car. Yeah. So, all very good. We’re happy extended overall though because we’ve managed to do a little bit more. Oh, yeah. Definitely wasn’t raining by the way. Yeah, it’s definitely not raining. Like, I mean, come on. Look at this. Look at that glorious sun. Incredible. They’re just starting to come to the foot of the Fmania. It is a gradual uphill, but you do hit sort of like the peak where it gets a bit steeper. We haven’t reached that, have we, Miguel? So, yeah, got a little bit I’m excited. I didn’t recognize any of it from May, so it shows how little attention I was really paying to the course. Um, but yeah, it’s just beautiful. Miguel decided to join me until we got to the top. So, look at these mountains. [Music] Heat. Hey, Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] made it to the top. How was that, Miguel? You did well. Well, I’m surprised because Miguel thinks I only took like 10 seconds off my 7.3 app and I feel way more fitter. So, I’m not really sure how that happened to be honest. I guess I’ll see once I get the stats when I get back. But we’re parting ways, aren’t we? Yeah, we’re parting ways now. Going that way, Sakalobra. And I’m going down the descent and coming back to Aludia. So, how long was that? An hour and a half. We set off probably around 10. So, it going to take me another hour, an hour and a half to get back. Yeah, I think so. Yeah. So, it should be about 3 hours to make the rides. But, yeah, we’re at the famous Repol garage and then they got the cafe at the You’re doing You’re doing the garage loop. That’s I’m doing the garage loop. is what it is. But yeah, there’s probably like 100 cyclists to like 50 maybe. Yeah, that was really good. Miguel got some footage, so hopefully I’ll be able to add that into the vlog. Um, yeah, enjoying this one. Appears to be some sort of race going on. So, I have to wait like 5 minutes to continue my ride. Um, I’m not sure what event it is, but there’s a decent amount of cyclists. Um, all done. So, 144 normalized, so that’s all right. Uh, 70 km and I think that was okay. Um, I felt really dead at the end. Um, yeah, I don’t know. I feel a bit off this week. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s because I’ve been like relaxing in between training and it’s like nice and sunnier on the beach. Does it feel like I don’t know, my body’s all over the place, but I’m really happy I did that. I barely remembered any of it from doing it in the IMA 70.3. So, it was good to sort of wrecky the course again and give me a better idea for when I do it again in May 2026. Um, so yeah, Miguel’s probably already at Sakalobra, maybe on his way back to be honest. Um, so I’m going to track him. I got to chill for now and wait for him and then hopefully get a pizza for a late lunch/ early dinner. Um, and yeah, I’m gutted that this is our like last full day because I’m really enjoying training here. Um, hopefully we’ll come back and do some more in the future. Probably well deserved after that ride home. What’s inside? Got loads of stuff. Nice view as well. Oh, look at that. [Music] This is like the third time you’ve had the cheesecake as well. Okay, wave goodbye to the vlog. We’re at the airport now, Palma airport, and we’re just walking to departures to go through security and make our flight. So, I’m going to end the Morca part two vlog here. I think part two’s been way better than part one because we’ve actually managed to do things. And uh yeah, I hope you like this video and I’ll see you in the next one. And she said they weren’t broken.
