Went to stop and my chainring was not having it. Not sure what happened but I think those 2 pieces of hardware fell out allowing it to flex and the torque of stopping bent tf out of it. Check your torques!
Yeah it happens when your chainring bolts are not kept tight enough lol, I’ve come close before

I had a cheap crankset on my Felt Curbside years ago and something similar happened too me. The chain ring absolutely folded on me like a taco, it was super sketchy and scary! As long as youre ok
