Geometry comparison is a concern, it’s sized pretty small. the much lower stack height just reflects the difference in style of the bikes but being less top tube length and reach as well probably means it’s too small. Usually when you drop your stack height down you actually need a longer reach to get stretched out right. You can do that with stem length too at least somewhat, smaller size and a long stem is often the way to go for an aggressive racing fit but that’s not what I’d recommend for for a first road bike for an amateur. Must be comfortable you can work on aggressive aero gains in the future.
