I usually recommend longer table legs for a higher table.

You’re not doing a table yet. You need to roll your wrist over so you can push the bar into your armpit. Also, put your knees together when you get the hand position.

Lay on your back to learn/practice the motion. Keep doing them and they’ll get better. Tables can always look better unless you’re Chase Hawk, Mike Aitken, Jason Watts, or Matt Cordova. The wrist thing mentioned in other comments works along with keeping your knees together while trying to look at the bottom of your shoe

I would throw my knee over the top tube and roll my pal. Under the handle bar. More of an invert

You need to yeet your legs up and into the table position. When you come off the ground think about pulling your knees up and sideways. Look at table pics and practice jumping off the ground doing that body position.
