The only real upgrade I can recommend is a noseless saddle. Personally I loved the fizik mistica until I got the 3D webbing version of it (transiro something? long name…)
Otherwise just adjust stuff in the cockpit as you figure out how to stay comfortable in the aero position for THE VAST MAJORITY of your rides (besides climbing, tight cornering, and steep descents where you need to be on the brakes.
Maybe get some deep dish Zipp’s or Hed’s or something (I’d personally stick with aluminum brake tracks for durability and not having to change brake pads for carbon brake tracks, but that’s up to you big dawg).
