Reading alot about bike fits cause I am trying to releve knee pain for indoor cycling. Outdoor my fit causes no pain but as soon as I go inside I get pain. So first thing im trying is to improve fit.

So in the forms I am reading it shows these arrows. Lets take front of knee pain scenario does this mean I move the saddle nose away or towards the Handlebars? In addition when getting to cleat position is there a formal x,y, z plane and convention is followed unilaterally?

What do you mean about front of knee, it says backwards. Bikes face one way, generally, so backwards means one thing
