When I pull back the derailleur and back pedal, the freehub spins backward as well but when the rear derailleur is engaged, it lock ups and the freehub doesn’t spin. What’s the issue?

Your freehub is sticking a bit. This is likely because the grease on the pawls has become thickened or degreaser messed wtih it, or there’s some seal drag.
Pull apart your freehub and clean/lube it.
Also check your jockey wheels for excess drag at the same time. If they don’t spin reasonably smooth, clean and lube them.
Guide pully wheel is too close the cassette in largest ring, you need to adjust the b-tension screw. There should be a b-tension screw as you look at the back of mech, it pushes against the mech hanger on the frame. Screw it in more so the mech just clears the cassette.

Free hub needs service/cleaning if it can be opened. Dirt, grease, dried up lube might stopping the pawls.
the freehub is sticking. Possible causes:
– the axle has been tightened stupid-tight
– there’s a spacer missing so the smallest cog is rubbing on the frame
– the freehub needs a rebuild
Notice how the biggest cog is touching the upper pulley wheel?
Looks like you B screw needs adjusting that jockey is nearly touching your cassette
It is 100% the B screw. You just need to screw it in clockwise enough to give the top jockey wheel on the derailleur enough clearance from the cassette.
It’ could be a stiff link in chain or a bent sprocket or weak return spring in rear mech
Your freehub is gone I just delt with this and you can’t fix it without a replace because bearings are internal for that part its not just you Normal bearings you need a whole new hub or a new wheel which ever you can find or do cheaper
Either the b screw or more likely from the video check the spring in the derailleur body that it is engaged in the correct place.
The spring should be more than strong enough to really push back the derailleur body without you having to help it.
