God give me money. But they don’t know that it isÂ
a prayer that is without understanding. You cannot say God give me money. God does not give money.Â
But God will give you ideas. He will he will he will help you to shaping in your business. SoÂ
God is interested in giving us ideas. And why do people work and there’s no results? We’reÂ
going to learn tonight because tonight is a  special night. We are looking at how to workÂ
smart. Working smart and working hard. Are they the same thing? So most people are workingÂ
hard today and they are living a hard life. I have seen many people work hard and they live hardÂ
life. But some people that tap into supplication, they work smart and they have opportunity toÂ
expand. So tonight we have a lot of our guest speaker basically two major guest speaker who willÂ
come and share their thoughts with us about how to work smart and make impact. So tonight is notÂ
just going to be like every other night. I want to encourage as many people will be connectedÂ
today to please take it as an appointment with destiny because what will not make you to get toÂ
the next stage of your life is how you handle your you know personal life. So if what we only desireÂ
is progress, then God is saying not just progress, you have to also learn how to activate theÂ
progress. So tonight is my greatest desire that as many of us that will be connected today both onÂ
the YouTube, on Facebook and all on all our social media platform, I want you to be you know hungryÂ
for knowledge. Knowledge is power. Knowledge is what will make you to remain on the top. So manyÂ
people they jump up and they also jump down. You see opportunity can take you up but knowledge willÂ
sustain you there. So many people they have the opportunity somebody just give them $100 millionÂ
for example and they find themselves among the billionaires both in naira and in dollars or insÂ
but in a couple of you know years you find them at the lowest part of their life. Does it mean thatÂ
he’s the devil? No. There are definitely a lot of things that he’s not doing right. So those areÂ
some of those things we’re going to be looking  at tonight. And I believe that it is a businessÂ
talk. So come on board, join this right and let your testimony be enviable. Thank you so much manÂ
of God. What are your expectations tonight? Yeah, thank you man of God for that pastor Victor.Â
You’re always on point. You know, one of the  thing that you mentioned that is very um prominentÂ
is that you said u um when we pray about money, God does not send money from above becauseÂ
money is not printed in in heaven. Dollars is not printed or whatever the currency thatÂ
you are demanding for is not printed in heaven. So um somebody say something he said if you youÂ
always pray for money money let let them just load one room with bundle of money in any high isÂ
currency that you might you might love and they decide to say okay they put you in there and theyÂ
lock the door and they lock the gates with you and the money. So he said when you stay inside thatÂ
money inside that place with money if the money cannot be able to be able to be h it cannot doÂ
any transaction you cannot do any you cannot add value you cannot do anything with that money youÂ
you will you the money will just become useless. So likewise being smart smartness in this life isÂ
not maybe a matter of ah I need more definitely you will need more money you understand but oneÂ
thing is that the key to get the money so that’s what one of the thing we’ll be talking about andÂ
it’s not all even all about money it’s all about adding value it’s all about being productiveÂ
it’s all about carry out the work in a way that you become very successful, you become veryÂ
smart. So um this evening we shall begin to look at major things about smart way of working smartÂ
way and I’ve discovered that no matter the work you’re doing smartness is required it is notÂ
all about hardworking. Somebody say something. He said when you when your brain needs to be reÂ
rejuvenated, it is not for you to stress the brain but for you to give the brain rest so that theÂ
brain can be able to rejuvenated and then carry out major work. So in this life what you shouldÂ
ask yourself is that it’s not I need more hours, I need more days. Ah the hours I have is notÂ
enough. Maybe you should ask yourself how can I maximize the 24 hours. The same 24 hours that isÂ
for the poor is also for the rich. The richest man on this earth is the 24 hours. The poorest man isÂ
also 24 hours. So how do you spend your 24 hours is the key. So you that is one of the thing thatÂ
we begin to deal with this evening. Man of God, you can mute yourself. Thank you so much.Â
You know, I love what you said. You see, no man can print money. If money is given to youÂ
in their physical currency, it does it will not make an impact in our I love that word. So, youÂ
know, most of the time even when you have money in your pocket, just a legendary sometime youÂ
don’t even know what to do with it. So money in terms of impact is value. What value areÂ
you creating in your immediate environment? I keep I keep telling people take me to a shallowÂ
ground. I will grow a tree. I will always grow a tree because what is in me is enough to produceÂ
a forest. So all we need to do is to identify who we are. I have been privileged to come fromÂ
you know to to have experienced a high level of you know opportunities and after some time GodÂ
brought me there again to start from beginning and it has taught me that it is what you have thatÂ
cannot be taken away from you. Money can be taken away but your inner ability the moment you have aÂ
potential which is a business s to rise up again. When the Bible said that the righteous fall down,Â
he rise again. It’s not talking about finances. It’s talking about business opportunity. YouÂ
if you are a man that have business idea, no matter where you are falling to, you will alwaysÂ
rise again. What does it mean to rise again? You restrategize. You restrategize. We are expectingÂ
our guests, you know, to be coming on board any moment soon. But then you must understand thatÂ
God is a strategist. God is a businessman. God is looking for men and women who can reproduce, whoÂ
can multiply what they have gotten. And I’ve seen many people the parable, you know, let me justÂ
quickly throw this parable of the the talent. A man with 10 talent was given extra 10 talent, heÂ
reproduced. Another person was given five talent, he reproduced. Somebody was given two talent. HeÂ
reproduce. Someone with a single talent refuse to make or to make contribution of what he had. HeÂ
said no. How will I be giving just one talent? What does it mean? You have opportunityÂ
to grow whatever that have been put in  your hands. Every time you keep praying to God,Â
God bless me, God bless you, God keep blessing, but you keep coming back again. And God said thisÂ
one is a waster. And God is never interested in people that waste either potential or businessÂ
opportunity. I don’t want to talk too much  tonight. We have people who have been preparedÂ
for tonight and I believe that they are going to impact us. Mr. is here already and I believeÂ
that she’s prepared. She’s one of our daughters who is doing very well now and I believe that sheÂ
will share her thoughts also on the experience she had gotten and the impact that it will produce inÂ
our life. God bless you, man of God. You can take over and introduce her for everyone. Okay. ThankÂ
you so much for for that introduction. And then we have our people in the house and this eveningÂ
is going to be a loaded week. I mean a loaded evening and I see a turnaround working in yourÂ
life everywhere you are struggling. It is not about how many times you’ve toy. You know somebodyÂ
I corrected somebody sometimes ago. So the person always said ah do you know how many hours I spentÂ
on this work? Do you know how simply I spent I had this and that. I just told the person I said it isÂ
not the hours you spend. It is the result people are looking for. So people will not pay you forÂ
hours that you have spent on a failed job. They will only pay you for a successful job. So ifÂ
you come out and say ah I spent three days and you did not get the answer nobody will pay forÂ
failure they don’t celebrate failures. So the Bible says in the book of proverbs 16:33 it sayÂ
commit commit your actions your plans to the lord and your plan will do what will succeed in otherÂ
word so smart work start with surrender. So when you commit your plans to go it gives you divineÂ
strategy. Pastor Peter was talking about that God is a strategist. So it start from you canÂ
be ordinary person from just be ordinary. You can begin to work smartly and then God will beginÂ
to give you wisdom that you become extraordinary. Being born again or being a believer the sto a aÂ
mediocre a mediocre in the area of your work or a low class. You should be able to deliver up toÂ
this standard. John C. Masswell says something. He said success is know your purpose in life andÂ
growing to your maximum potential. So people of God by the grace of God today we shall beginÂ
to dive in into that arena of how you can be able to turn. If your 24 hours you will lookÂ
at it at the end of every single each day and say yes I’m getting to my purpose because thatÂ
is the heart of impact. It is not all about you um praying for the job. You should also be ableÂ
to pray that Lord if it is Jesus Christ that will be working in this company how would JesusÂ
Christ turn around this company. So that is the things we are talking about today because everyÂ
kingdom profession professionals is a light in the marketplace in your marketplace in media orÂ
in the economy or whatever in the art and media or whatever marketplace you might find yourselfÂ
you are a representative just count it that I am a worship is my lifestyle let people see that ohÂ
we now have Jesus in our boats. We have God in our boat that with you everything will begin toÂ
work right. So we have our guest, our wonderful people in the house today. um two continent IÂ
mean three okay two continent combines together today Europe and Africa and by the grace of GodÂ
we have um from all the way from United Kingdom uh uch is in the house and then also from NigeriaÂ
uh we call him Mr. exponent. So these two people, you know, the last time that we we hosted them,Â
the both of them also came together. I don’t know  how grace always mash them together. Hallelujah.Â
So um let’s hear from them just for one minute what they will need to say or to greet us. So youÂ
can mute yourself. Sister give us a one 30 seconds opening charge. Okay. Um, good evening, goodÂ
afternoon, and is it good morning from whatever part of the world that you’re in. It’s nice toÂ
be here again. And I must say, Samuel, it’s good to have you on again. You’re a sharpener. So, I’mÂ
glad you’re here. Is that And to everyone I trust and believe God to give us not just listening earsÂ
but our hearts to be able to um or let me say an enabling grace to be able to carry out all thatÂ
we’ll be learning tonight in Jesus name. Amen. Yeah. Thank you for that. Um Samuel, good eveningÂ
everyone. Can we all hear me loud and clear? Uh good evening everyone. Um it’s a privilegeÂ
once again to be in our midst. Um and then for pairing me again to sister is another privilege.Â
I hope that the time that we spent together today will be very very impactful and um it willÂ
give or it will have a lasting impact in the lives of people that are listening to us.Â
Amen. That’s just what I want to say for now. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, just like you said, we don’t need toÂ
waste time again. Let’s just welcome sister to take the floor. God bless you. Okay. ThankÂ
you very much once again for the privilege. Um the topic is so voluminous. He almost feelsÂ
like he’s a is he’s is made for lecture. I also know I’m still in that boat. Um we’ve beenÂ
told that we keep learning. No matter um how well you are at what you do, you can’t stop learning.Â
I mean we used to hear it years ago that the day you start you stop learning, you start dying. AndÂ
I mean it’s true. We have to keep learning. But I like to take this scripture um Proverbs um chapterÂ
16 verse3 and that’s going to be the foundation scripture I’ll be using for whatever it is I’llÂ
be discussing tonight. Um and I’m reading the good news translation. I love good news just ofÂ
translating things to modern day English that you  can understand, digest and be able to meditate on.Â
It says ask the Lord to bless your plans and you will be successful in carrying them out. Yeah. SoÂ
while we are yet to start, Pastor Peter, you did say that onto some he gave five talent, to some heÂ
gave um two and for as many that had that talent, you were able to remip. But you see whatever itÂ
is you want to do in life and you do not put in God’s hand because I see that the modern dayÂ
success is tied to titles is tied to monetary values sometimes to yeah it could be successÂ
but a true success is the one embedded in God and sincerely it is God that can double quadrupleÂ
whatever hustle that you’re doing and no matter how how many wings you have to fly it is GodÂ
that gives you the enabling grace to be able to um carry it out. And permit me to say that whenÂ
it comes to success um for me, I don’t think the starting point of success is the work. It’sÂ
actually the sustainers of the success because in the kingdom of God, the path of the righteousÂ
shines brighter and brighter to the perfect day.  So stagnancy is not an excuse. Okay. So lookingÂ
at the topic, I like us to actually look at what smart work is. What I have here says smart workÂ
is all about maximizing efficiency. Meaning you have to be efficient in something and you shouldÂ
be able to maximize that efficiency. So if you were 100% last year, you’re supposed to be a,000Â
or 1% if there is anything like that this year. So smart work involves maximizing efficiency,Â
leveraging technology, effectiveness, prioritizing task and focusing on high impact outcomes ratherÂ
than merely increasing efforts. So if you ask me, I would say smart work is the opposite of hardÂ
work, which is a focus on output quality and not quantity. That’s not what smart work is. SmartÂ
work is there’s an output in what you do. There’s quality in what you do. And of course, the volumeÂ
is high. And yet you don’t have to kill yourself into it. We are no longer in the day where weÂ
have to till the ground will be farmers the way  they do it in the days. Now we have a whole lotÂ
to make our work easy. So to work smart you must understand what smart work is. So understand thatÂ
it it involves efficiency at a maximum level. It involves you being very effective. It involves youÂ
leveraging on technology. We all say that where technology is taking us. I mean look at us today.Â
About 20 30 years ago we would rather meet at a camp meeting and then have a physical meeting. ButÂ
today we’re using technology to pass across what we would have done 30 years ago. So you also haveÂ
to prioritize your task and focus on high impact outcome. And this is one strategy would have seenÂ
that Jesus actually did. Whatever he did had a high impact. Even that the ones we thought heÂ
wasn’t prepared for. For instance, the wedding he was the other day and um they were they were shortÂ
of wine and Mary came to him. He said woman it is not my time. But because he has mastered the artÂ
of um maximizing efficiency by the time water was turned into wine he became the best. So meaningÂ
like what they say in theater you are the beh your your yesterday is the best of who you are. IfÂ
you must do something new, you must do something beyond what you did yesterday. And I’m alsoÂ
talking myself on this table. So if you understand  that, I’d like to share what the benefit of smartÂ
work is. We all know that when you work smart, it increases productivity and of course it gives youÂ
some kind of work satisfaction. You find out that you for some people is more of mental work thatÂ
you have done than a physical work where you have to exhaust your physical energy. But whatever itÂ
is you do when you work smart it has some level of um increased productivity and of course it givesÂ
you work satisfaction. It gives you a better  work life balance and it creates um a greaterÂ
innovation you know gives you creativity in problem solving and of course there’s an highÂ
impact on your well-being. So if you see that working smart gives you this why would you notÂ
want to work smart? Why would you want to go the  other way? me to work smart is good and I’ll giveÂ
an example of this when I speak about the prior prioritizing your um um high inter um prioritizingÂ
high impact task I mean to say now I’ve seen that when you work smart in ways where you feel youÂ
are you are result oriented you’ll find out that is that the timing you spend in planning is moreÂ
than the timing you use in executing but at the same time you find out that you are not only goingÂ
to meet up timing if it if it’s a project that has  a time you also find out that um you would haveÂ
delivered an excellent job. Now when we talk about working smart and we want to look at the benefitsÂ
of it and say the benefit of it what are the  strategies to use I say number one is prioritizeÂ
high impact task. How do you do that? Number one, focus daily on task that you can achieve like likeÂ
do daily effort on a particular task. Even if it’s a long-term goal, make sure there’s a focus onÂ
uh on I call it a mini task that can achieve that long-term goal. I’ll use building of a houseÂ
for instance. You want to build a house. You  know the cost of the house. You don’t have whatÂ
it takes to build it now. Okay. What do we do? Let’s draw up a plan. You drop a plan. Okay. If IÂ
want to have, for instance, a high-rise building and I need to build this, it’s going to take meÂ
how many years. If I must achieve it, I might  not have the financial empowerment, but what canÂ
my money do now? Okay, maybe lay the foundation after I’ve gotten the land. And then you focus onÂ
that. Develop that foundation. Once it’s solid, go back again and recoup, return again, and keepÂ
building and keep building and keep building. One thing you should know about working smartÂ
is it’s not just the end result that it gives  you but the process it takes you through gives youÂ
a wellbalanced life. That’s what it does. Two is very good for your cognitive skill. When you workÂ
smart you find out everything about your brain  is booming. And we all know that when you areÂ
mentally okay I mean your physical health is fine. So if you if you prioritize high impact task, itÂ
makes your vision clearer. It makes it achievable. It makes it conquerable. You are not tired. YouÂ
don’t get you don’t get tired in the middle of it.  You find yourself achieving it. And I’m going toÂ
give an example here. When my husband and I were going to launch out to start up a film production,Â
he felt like was there a need for it? Oh, okay. What do you think you’re going? We looked atÂ
each other’s dreams. Okay, let’s bring this force  together and we started to start up and graduallyÂ
we knew what the plan was. We knew what what wanted to roll out yearly but then we started withÂ
one per year and then he moved on and then before we knew it we were running more than what we hadÂ
thought. Remember with God involved I did say that whatever it is you want to carry out make sureÂ
that God is your basis and then you’ll find things  working out for you. The second way I would sayÂ
that or what I would say the second benefit for excuse me the second benefit of for working smartÂ
is uh what I’ll call strategies for implementing uh smart work I mean if you want your work doneÂ
smartly there are strategies you must be able to implement to carry it out and number one what IÂ
have here is embrace technology I’m on this table some people Gen Z, Millennia, whatever it is, IÂ
don’t know what it is. All I know is when I have a particular project I want to do, I try to um uhÂ
recruit minds that can drive that vision. So now if you are saying you want to embrace technology,Â
it doesn’t have to be you. Although I I work with a motto know something about everything. theÂ
fact that I’m bringing out this project. IÂ Â might not be the engineer but that does not meanÂ
I will not have an eye but I have I won’t have a knowledge of one or two things that should beÂ
done. So I tell people embrace uh technology in a way that is either you get a person to do itÂ
to do that part for you or you get techy yourself but be sure to know something about everythingÂ
involving your business your work your field of career or whatever project it is you are handlingÂ
because one thing I’ve realized about knowledge it is no waste no matter how silly your triviaÂ
it is you find out that later in life you would eventually need it so in the process of carryingÂ
out a project and trying to work smart. Remember that you should embrace technology? And I’ve hadÂ
some people tell me, is is technology like the way of God? And I’m quick to remind them of whatÂ
Luke 12:48 said. He said, “To whom much is given, much will be required?” And for me, this BibleÂ
calls us to be mindful steward of our calling and the resources and opportunities we have been givenÂ
for its fulfillment. So why wouldn’t you want to use technology? After all everything good, everyÂ
good blessings comes from God above. I mean it is God who created all things and given us the powerÂ
to procreate us human. So whatever it is you know you’ve been needing to drive a particular missionÂ
there’s nothing bad in using it and technology is one of the resources to swear on. In fact, todayÂ
a lot of ministries have thrived on using modern day technology and we ourselves can can testify toÂ
that technology has done one one good or the other to us if not more than we have intended. AnotherÂ
point is cultivating a growth mindset. Some of us are so stuck to our past achievement or stuck to aÂ
particular style. But see, we are in a world where things are evolving. Even God himself does notÂ
use a method. He uses different method. The way he called Abraham was not the way he called Moses. ItÂ
was not the way he called Joshua. It was not the way he called David. And they never contradictedÂ
themselves. These are generations that never met,  never saw, but they never contradicted themselves.Â
So one has to cultivate a growth mindset. And that’s why I love the ministry of the HolyÂ
Spirit. He will teach you and show you with reckless abandon. He will not hide anything. AndÂ
how do you cultivate this? We still go back to the scripture that says in Joshua 18, we should what?Â
Study. Now for some of us, we just think it’s the Bible. He said this book of the law. What areÂ
the laws? What are the policies governing what you’re doing? Study. Foster resilience. ViewÂ
challenges and failures as opportunity to grow. Do not just say ah I think it’s no I have seenÂ
opportunities are are hidden more in challenges and hiccups when you’re driving a force everyÂ
time there’s a hiccup every time there’s a meltdown there is an opportunity there is is aÂ
platform to sw is a platform to grow it is not a time to retrieve no and that’s why once you’veÂ
committed your plan into God’s hand and you’re sure he’s backing you. Of course, we know the roadÂ
won’t be easy, but you know, you’re going to go  through it. And so, no matter what the hiccups orÂ
challenge you meet on the way, it’s just a bump on the way to take you to higher level because in theÂ
process of trying to cultivate a growth mindset, there’s always a mind shift. You find out thatÂ
oh, you’ve actually been um you’ve actually had a barrier in a particular mindset might have stoppedÂ
you from growing further than what you should have  grown. And so, embrace it and just make sureÂ
that you keep growing. and grooming yourself. And so for that part of the scripture where theÂ
Lord said to Joshua, this book of the Lord show  not the part he said study day and night that isÂ
you have to be resilience. Understand the market where you are playing in be so resilience untilÂ
you get result. You will not back down until you know okay this part has been fulfilled and onceÂ
it’s fulfilled okay then I can back down. Again, another scripture that encourages me when it comesÂ
to um growing um cultivating a a growth mindset is the one in Proverbs 9:8, and I like the wayÂ
the Good News translation said it. He said,  “Do yourself a favor and learn all you can. ThenÂ
remember what you learn and you will prosper.” You know what means to do yourself a favor and learnÂ
all you can. How do you learn? You’ve got mentors, coaches, colleagues, like minds. Just putÂ
yourself into it and learn. I love the way the disciples did it with Jesus. Left abandoned thatÂ
profession they call fishery. I mean they have achieved all they were solid in that profession.Â
It was time for higher call and because they had  given Jesus must have seen how much they haveÂ
given to that profession their dedication and then you took them over to become fishes of men.Â
Now they used that same um mindset to walk with Jesus and eventually became the renowned people weÂ
know today, those we’re learning from. So if you ask me as Christians, resilience is part of it.Â
People say um resilience is part of it. The only thing we can ask is for grace to be able to pullÂ
through because it’s part of life. I mean when we were growing up as kids, we had the time where weÂ
had to te it wasn’t easy to eat. Most of us are  parents and we know what it is like when our childÂ
are teing. I mean our children are teaching. You find out that it’s is an inconvenience state butÂ
is needed for growth. So in cultivating a growth mindset welcome all the challenges you can makeÂ
sure you tackle them study it and be sure that the next time it brings a space you already haveÂ
a knowledge or you already have what it takes  to combat it. Now another one is what I call theÂ
smart goals where you want to make a smart move. And that smart I mean is is an abbreviation. ItÂ
means your goals must be specific. Your goals must be measurable. Your goals must be achievable.Â
Your goals must be relevant. And of course it must be time bound to maintain clarity andÂ
direction. Remember that with God whatever it is we do I tell people whatever you do thatÂ
is only selfish to you is not God because God  will always give you things for the benefit ofÂ
humanity. And that is why relevance is important in whatever you do. It must not be selfish inÂ
any way. Whatever has been placed in your hands, be it a career, be it work or project, it hasÂ
to be relevant. So if you follow these goals, I can say pastor, I’m running out of time, right?Â
So I’ll just quickly wrap up into what I have. So when you follow the smart goals, like I said,Â
be specific. Um let it be measurable. Let your  goals be achievable. Don’t just create goals. SomeÂ
of us are dreamers. We just create goals and it becomes so difficult to achieve. Please make sureÂ
those goals are achievable. They are relevant and  of course they are time bound. In all this, itÂ
helps you to maintain clarity and direction. And um okay, I will not be able to give some more.Â
But when it comes to um also um having a smart growth or working smartly, one thing I tellÂ
people you cannot shy away from is building  impactful relationships. Some of us do not haveÂ
what it takes to manage good relationships. Some of you have lost good relationships because ofÂ
selfish purpose or because you are blinded by  needs or by fleshly desires. Impact relationshipsÂ
are very essential at this stage in life. Not just relationships you feel I mean you don’tÂ
just keep relationship because you want to  keep them anymore. You keep them because theyÂ
have to be deliberate like Daniel did with his own company. Every time he was faced with aÂ
challenge the Bible said he went back to his  company and trust me it was always his result.Â
You need impactful relationships that can help you help you grow and in return you should be ableÂ
to grow also help them become better meaning it has to be vice versa you shouldn’t just be takingÂ
away from the relationship you should be able to  um give as well and so I tell people you should beÂ
deliberate deliberate about your relationship and the reason you have to deliberate is because youÂ
need it for networking I mean if you must achieve purpose in life. You need to be deliberateÂ
with your relationships and it will help your networking. Now, if you focus on building genuineÂ
relationships rather than superficial connections, you’ll find out that you’ll be engaged in a wholeÂ
lot of things. Let’s look look at look at Joseph in the Bible. I’m trying to rush it now so I canÂ
I won’t um exceed my time limit. If we look at um Joseph in the Bible, I mean, yeah, he went throughÂ
all he did, but while he was in the prison, Joseph was deliberate with his relationship. ImagineÂ
him interpreting a dream with someone and he  was wise enough to tell the person, “RememberÂ
me?” Of course, the first didn’t remember, but eventually he was remembered because how manyÂ
people were in the prison? Why was it just I mean  there would have been a lot of people wouldÂ
have been one or two blessings to those people, but Joseph was deliberate. So please in choosingÂ
relationship it is no longer because it doesn’t have to be for superficial reasons anymore. ItÂ
has to be relationships that can drive you to  that goal where God wants you to be and of courseÂ
it will help you um um grow. I remember my days in the media. I mean I still have a whole lot ofÂ
them when I do media buying and media placement  here because of the relationship I built over theÂ
years. All I just have to do is phone conversation and whatever it is I want to put in the is there.Â
So if you are the type that you burn your bridges as you climb in life, it becomes difficultÂ
to sustain or maximize this high impact um smart work we’re talking about. And then lastly,Â
please have a collaborative mindset. Please do not go into a project or into an assignment withÂ
the mind of me myself and I. It won’t work. Even Jesus had to carry 12 along. We only had recordÂ
of 12. There were more than 12. And eventually  the 12 understood. So please a collaborativeÂ
mindset have a way of enhancing and helping you foster this dream helping you achieving thisÂ
dream. So wherever you need partnership please  do like we said earlier if you need techie techÂ
techy people to help you drive something recruit them for whatever it is you want to do it’s partÂ
of working smart so that when they helping you  out with a particular um part of your um projectÂ
you can focus on where your strength are. I know a lot of us know the SWAT analysis, the strength,Â
weakness, opportunity and threat. If you recruit  people from this angle, they help you to be ableÂ
to go through this and I mean you have a robust work at the end of the day. So at this stage ofÂ
life, you don’t have to sweat or threat. I mean we’ve been groomed in a certain way that you knowÂ
where your strengths are, where your weaknesses  are. Don’t be shy away to bring in people to helpÂ
you in your area of threats or weaknesses because you know that expertise will give you the resultÂ
of what you want. And please in all this whatever it is you do make sure there’s a continuous reviewÂ
of what you have done what you did well and what you didn’t do well review and then when you seeÂ
where you didn’t do well pick one or two things  and at least um you know make yourself just keepÂ
growing in all this to work smart is you have to open your mind to growth and this growth hasÂ
to do with having um the right relationships. It has to do with recruiting the right peopleÂ
around you to help you achieve those goals.  It has to do with you using the smart goalsÂ
um tool. It has to do with you prioritizing um um your your or having a high impact taxÂ
where you can prioritize little plans and um above all put it in the hands of God and moveÂ
in the Holy Spirit. You’ll be shocked that what you’ll achieve it will be beyond what your mindÂ
had painted. Hallelujah. Thank you so much. Wow. That’s a good recap and then those points theyÂ
are so solid. Please people of God and everyone listen to us you can still watch all this thingÂ
on YouTube and for those people who are joining on YouTube people are joining from YouTube from everyÂ
part of the world and I see comment going on on the YouTube so um it’s a blessing. So let’s allowÂ
our Mr. exponent now to give us his own point in the next 15 minutes. Stay don’t go away. We haveÂ
some powerful um interaction and their question to be able to ask. If you have not join us onÂ
the YouTube, go there, subscribe, join, watch and also be part of the community. God bless you.Â
Amen. All right. Good evening once again everyone. So I’ll be I’ll be speaking on um marketplaceÂ
influence and the principle of smart work. Sister has done a lot by breaking down how smartÂ
work is what smart work but then I’ll be focusing on how you can relate that to the marketplace.Â
How to turn your hard work to lasting impact. H first of all let me just establish thisÂ
that a lot of people have bastardized the idea of hard work. A lot of people have seen hardÂ
work as a way of escaping hard life. That may be an obsolate idea. I’m sorry to bust your brainÂ
but we are in a in a in a we in a dispensation where there is need to work not just hard. OfÂ
course, hard work is biblical, but you need to add to your hard work, smart work. Now, what do IÂ
mean? For instance, in the marketplace, you know, the marketplace is not just a place where youÂ
do buying and selling, where all of that goes around. The marketplace is also a place, it’sÂ
a sphere of influence essentially. It is where people transact. The office is a marketplace.Â
The entertainment industry is a marketplace. And of course the industries any industryÂ
where people where there is influence where there is transaction is a marketplace.Â
Now how do you bring about impact in this um environment? Now the question is how do youÂ
turn hard work into lasting impact? The kind that will influence the marketplace. The kind thatÂ
will glorify God and transform lives. Now we’ll be looking at the principle of smartphone. We’llÂ
be talking about the um the the S, the M, the A, the R, and of course the T. Now, I’ve been able toÂ
break it. You know, in Matthew 5 uh Matthew 5:14, the Bible said, “Let your light so shine in theÂ
world.” Said, “You are a city that is set on a hill and you cannot be hidden.” He said, “Let yourÂ
light shine before men that they may see the your good works and glorify your father in heaven.”Â
That good works of yours is the impact we’re talking about here. Now let’s move from hard workÂ
to smart life. Proverbs 22:29 he said, “Do you see a man that is diligent in his business? He willÂ
stand before kings and not mean men.” Now the idea of moving from hard work to smart work, moving forÂ
hard work to impact is where smart work comes in. Now because of time I want to delve into the theÂ
smart work idea the smart work principle. Now the number one there is the S. Now if you’re goingÂ
to work smart you have to be strategic in your work. A lot of people work with a lot of energyÂ
but not strategic. And you realize that too much energy sometimes can lead to paralysis when youÂ
are doing something without vision and purpose. When you are doing something without visionÂ
and purpose, everything becomes a burden. Life becomes unbearable essentially. Now vision hereÂ
is the what? Your ability to have foresight. Your ability to what? To be able to see what othersÂ
cannot see. To be able to spot opportunities where people see problems. And then purpose thereÂ
is your ability to do things with meaning. See hard work without direction will definitely leadÂ
to frustration. You cannot be busy and you are not productive. But you can be busy and still beÂ
barren. Being barren there is being unproductive. You know you need to ask yourself some of theseÂ
questions when it comes to your business and  career. And number one of them of those questionÂ
is what has God called me to do here? If you can if you can if you can answer this question thenÂ
you have you have succeeded in fulfilling purpose in one side because a lot of people we do thingsÂ
with purposelessness and you realize that you’re not getting results I remember when I wanted toÂ
start my business I had worked in the corporate space I’ve worked in NOS’s I’ve worked in schoolsÂ
I’ve worked with you know I’ve worked in quite a a number of places in the aviation I’ve done forÂ
And I saw that I I I could give my all but I was just like a conduit that is directing people toÂ
their own purpose while me I am just standed in one spot. So at some point I called myself I saidÂ
what am I doing? I realized that I have so much to give but there is no sense of fulfillment becauseÂ
I have not been able to discover that inner part  of me. Then I sat inward and I realized that thereÂ
is something that God has called you to do. That was how I started my entrepreneurship journey.Â
Another thing is you need to ask yourself who are you serving. See you are not in for everybody.Â
That’s what some people do in business. You want to serve everybody. I started out as a jack of allÂ
trades. People that know me know me dead then. I do everything and it leads to burnout. You knowÂ
I do this, I do that until I I just sat down. I draw up a business plan for myself. What do I wantÂ
to do? It’s okay. Like you can know so many things about some things. You can know some things aboutÂ
so many things. But there is some things you know you need to master. There are some things you needÂ
to do that this is your area of specialization. You need to know that this is where you can beÂ
able to serve your own audience. Trying to serve  everybody. Trying to do everything for peopleÂ
will just make you frustrated and it will make you you will you will lose energy in the long run.Â
Another question you need to ask yourself is what problem are you here to solve? Until you answerÂ
the question what is the problem? You cannot see solutions. See entrepreneurs are not justÂ
economic drivers alone. They are also people that profer solutions to every problems. In the processÂ
they are creating impact. They are adding to the productivity of the economy. Am I communicatingÂ
now? Now you need to ask yourself what problems  are you solving? If you want to have an enterpriseÂ
your business, what problem is your business going to solve? It goes beyond profit making right now.Â
You need to ask yourself what problem are you are you are you here to solve? Who are you to serve?Â
Who are your audience? That’s where you need  to draw up your um your market segmentation. YouÂ
need to know the people you are serving, you know, and all of this is in strategy. If you check theÂ
life of Joseph, you realize that even though he was just a dreamer, he was also very strategic.Â
When he was given f, you know, interpretations of his dream, he didn’t just interpret the dreams. HeÂ
also gave them a plans for the future that okay, this and this will happen this so and inÂ
the next and this will also happen. That’s  strategy. He was able to use that to turn hisÂ
own dreams to reality. Now, because of time, let’s go to the next one, which is M. I callÂ
it be measurable. You know, we’re talking about smart work here and how we can use it for impact.Â
Now, you must be measurable. What do I mean by being measurable? You need to track progress andÂ
results. In business, there’s what they call KPIs. It’s called key performance indicators. Like whatÂ
are those things that is giving you result? That is where you should exert your energy. You don’tÂ
just do things with purposelessness. A lot of  people are frustrated today. A lot of people burnÂ
out today. A lot of people committed suicide today because they do things with purposelessness.Â
And where there is purposelessness, there is cluelessness. Where there is cluelessness,Â
there is hopelessness. That is where people  give up easily. I remember postco a lot of peopleÂ
could not strategize. Especially a lot of a lot of a lot of pastors, they were too traditional withÂ
their approach in doing business. Because of that they have to shut down for people that embraceÂ
trend for people that embrace technology like sister rightly said so you must measure you cannotÂ
grow if you don’t measure you cannot know if you are progressing if there’s no measurement if youÂ
cannot track your own progress even god himself  when he was working he counted days in creationÂ
the first day he created the day the sixth day he created man he numbered the years in our in theÂ
strand of earth in our head. He even measure our stewardship. If you check Luke 16:10, he said,Â
“He who is faithful with little will be faithful in much.” So there must be some measurement. ThereÂ
must be a level of measuring metrics in whatever you are doing. And then in the marketplace,Â
you need to ask yourself what result are you  producing? You cannot be working without results,Â
without nothing to show for it. Some people have been in the workplace for years. Nothing to showÂ
for it. I remember when a customer was talking to me in the office some years ago. I think lastÂ
year. Yeah, last year. So, she was telling me that Mr. Sam, I don’t even know. I’ve been working thisÂ
year. Nothing to show for it because there is no  measurability. You’re just working. You cannot youÂ
cannot put in figures. I remember in our office in those if you are doing your presentationÂ
in front of the board especially doing our  management meeting if you like just be talkingÂ
the ED will just ask you what are the figures what’s the numbers I need the numbers is afterÂ
the numbers and that’s measurements so how do  you measure growth spiritually how do you measureÂ
your growth professionally how do you measure your growth financially you need to know the outcomeÂ
of your hard work and then another thing is you must embrace excellence I don’t know if talkedÂ
about this but excellent is not about activity alone. It’s about results that glorifies God. IsÂ
doing things above average. One thing I love about my work is I love to do things excellently. If IÂ
want to go into something, I’ll go for trainings. There’s no year I don’t get certificated at leastÂ
in three places in three different this. So far I’m doing this thing. I want to see what otherÂ
people are doing. I enroll in trainings because  I just want to be excellent in what I’m doingÂ
even if I don’t know everything. I want to do that thing excellently and it will impact on yourÂ
work. Now for instance now most times when I take jobs to because I’m also a printer too. I I doÂ
branding and I print when I take jobs to press and you know these local printers that help you manageÂ
our work they try to tell you Mr. Sam use this you know use this material use this use that I tellÂ
them no I can’t use this material you want to spoil my work you want me to do something I cannotÂ
show the next client that I did this especially something I’m putting my end point on so they seeÂ
me as ah if Mr. time comes he will he will see error now it’s not about about being negativeÂ
here it’s about excellence being excellent in what you are doing now the third one because ofÂ
time is being accountable and then there is two  things here there is two words that I coined thereÂ
accountability and alignment now accountability will keep you grounded and alignment will keepÂ
you guided you get that accountability will keep you grounded alignment will keep you guided.Â
See, every successful person, business persons, whether you’re a Christian or not, must beÂ
accountable. You must be accountable. You must have bookkeeping. Some people don’t evenÂ
have bookkeeping. They cannot see. This is what  I’ve done over time. This is how much I’ve spent.Â
I remember those years. I have my accounting book, expenditure book, um what do they call itÂ
now? Income book. So at the end of the month, I I check the where is my profit margin here.Â
So I know whether I’m making profit or not. That’s accountability. It keeps me grounded.Â
It keeps me okay, I need to put in more energy  here. This is what I’ve been doing that is givingÂ
me more results. I focus more on it. Now if you check the scriptures, you realize that Moses,Â
all of these guys, they have accountability  partners. Moses had right. Esther had thisÂ
person Modiah. Even Paul mentored Timothy. Now that’s accountability. Proverbs 11:14 said inÂ
the multitude of what counsel there is safety. You cannot just be doing things by trial and error.Â
If you keep doing things with trial and error, you will one day commit fatal error and you knowÂ
it’s just like when somebody is when somebody is running in the in the wrong direction, you wouldÂ
have gone far. you would have you will just get lost because you are not you are not on theÂ
right track. So alignment means ensuring your work align with God’s will. Right? We said manÂ
purpose, God’s dispose. So alignment helps you align with God’s purpose for your life or God’sÂ
intention and not just your human ambitions. So you ask yourself is this project or what thisÂ
business that you’re doing is it consistent  with my values you know we need to also come downÂ
to our Christianity here. A lot of people because of desperation have done things that is out ofÂ
place that is out of values. That’s why you see a lot of people doing fraudulent things. I seeÂ
a lot of people say in these days and age that  if you want to be rich or if you want to be veryÂ
powerful you need to be you need to cut corners. And I’m like ah why will you cut corners? But ifÂ
you engage the principle of honesty, hard work, I mean all of these principles, you will definitelyÂ
succeed. What happens is most people don’t follow principles. They don’t follow patterns. They don’tÂ
follow precepts. What is principles? Principles are universal. Um principles are universal. ButÂ
you are following experiences of other people. Experiences are peculiar but principles are what?Â
They are universal. There are things that can work for A and B and possess but what what is peculiarÂ
may work for A it may not work for B you get now a shoe is a principle if you are wearing a shoe itÂ
is a shoe in UK where it is also a shoe in Benj in China because it’s a principle it is constantÂ
but peculiarity veins there is variation in peculiarity so you don’t base your life working onÂ
peculiar things. You follow principles, universal principles of of business ethics, productivity,Â
um honesty, reliability, fairness, all of those things. So accountability will refine you whileÂ
alignment will define you. Right? Of time, let’s go to the next one. You have to be resourcefulÂ
and relevant. Now resourcefulness is essential if you want to make impact. The the marketplaceÂ
right rewards those who solve real problems with creativity not just people that do engagingÂ
activities alone. You have to be resourceful. Resourcefulness is what is your ability to makeÂ
work easy right? engaging all your skills and resources even in the face of limited resources.Â
Let me let me put it this way. Resourcefulness is making things work even when resources areÂ
limited. Right? Now, a man that is resourceful, we know that sometimes you don’t need financialÂ
capital to start up an enterprise. First of all, there is people capital. There is um there is umÂ
there there is people capital there is also the capital of what you can do that’s your skill yourÂ
skill here is now relevant is your resourcefulness that is what will now drive you and that’s whatÂ
makes you relevant if you check Ecclesiastes 10 I love to read in NLT version he said using a dullÂ
axe require great strength sharpen your blade you need to work M that values of wisdom when youÂ
are using dull ass you need to sharpen your grace your blade otherwise you’ll keep walking soÂ
when you sharpen your blade first of all it helps you to succeed faster right so check the life ofÂ
David even when David wanted to kill golad don’t think he just say you this uncircumcised I willÂ
defeat no he it was strategic and even when he got there while they were attacking ing words to eachÂ
other. He was strategically positioned to throw that stone in the face of limited resources. YouÂ
remember he was not wearing the chariot or those this thing but he had the resources and becauseÂ
he was resourceful he had skills he had done it before the experience was there he was ableÂ
to target heads what if he had golat eggs he’s done but because he he had strategized so he wasÂ
able to see this problem is an opportunity for me to prove myself and he did so if we lookÂ
at our Nigerian economy. Now we realize that um you know we will not always have capital likeÂ
as it were all we need sister mentioned this we need creativity right why we need relationshipsÂ
we need ideas and we need faith what is faith faith is what believing before you see rightÂ
faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen it is you bringingÂ
divinity into your human activities and then you need to leverage relationship. So she talks aboutÂ
relationship. That is your network. Your network plus your smart work determines not just whatÂ
will work but what works right your relationships. Creativity if you don’t engage your creativityÂ
a lot of us we disturb God for so many I don’t want to go there you don’t engage your facultyÂ
you just you know you don’t think so. So we need to start thinking we need to be innovative. WeÂ
need to pursue excellence. We need to because you cannot be the salt of the head without somethingÂ
to segregate you. Right now being a salt or being the light mean there is something that segregateÂ
you. It is called in biology they call it the law of segregation of you know what separates you.Â
Excellence is a separator. Innovation will spark things. It will spark excellence. Now the lastÂ
one lot of time you need to be time conscious and of course you need to be transformationalÂ
in everything you do. Now let let me break it  down. Time is the currency of destiny. I canÂ
talk on time for hours. Time is a constant. What is time? Time is that thing that commodityÂ
that God gave man. Everyone have time. The rich the poor has the same time. The the white manÂ
has the same time. Africans have the same time. The everybody has the same time. It is how you useÂ
it. It is in the judicious use of your time that you become productive. But a lot of people wasteÂ
their time on frivolities. A lot of people waste their time on nonsensicals. A lot of people wasteÂ
their time on things that does not guarantee um impact. See, every great man of impact from DanielÂ
in the Bible to Deborah, they knew how to design divine timing for everything they do. Even David,Â
it was the divine timing. He was the one that said, “I want to kill this guy.” That was divineÂ
timing. Opportunity cost. You know, Ephesians 5:16 said, “Redeeming the time because the days areÂ
evil.” You must redeem the time. essentially, you must redeem the time. I remember when I whenÂ
I became a facilitator with Google that time where we were training for digital skills for Africa.Â
How did I became a facilitator? I went for their  training. They taught us strategy 101. We wereÂ
at Molina to on on the island for like one week straight up. But you know what I when they for theÂ
first day they told us they going to recruit one of us some of us as one of their facilitators onÂ
that day. I said this an opportunity for me. So what did I do? I was actively engaged in classroomÂ
activities. I will be the head of the project to the point that they know that s in fact managerÂ
said it’s like you are a teacher you I just do school out many years ago you know so it’s thereÂ
already the residence was there it was just time that I did so I eventually was enlisted as someÂ
of their facilitators and that experience you know changed the way I do my stuff I remember I wentÂ
to landmark university to train them I went to skill academy. I went to this place um mutualÂ
benefit. I was just going to train on digital 101 and strategy that data skills fundamentalsÂ
of digital marketing that year. You know that thing took me around. So what am I saying? TimeÂ
is very very important. You must know when to apply things when the time comes. And anotherÂ
thing is you must be time conscious. Africans we are we are bad with time right? an event isÂ
6, you see them strolling in by 8:00 p.m. That is to tell you how underdeveloped we can be.Â
So you must value time. You must you must be transformational in your thinking too. So don’tÂ
just be busy. Be fruitful. Don’t be a busy body. Be fruitful. You must know how to turn your dailyÂ
effort into something that will outlive you. That is impact. If you want to be an entrepreneur, youÂ
must know that you are not just taking risk. You are doing it for impact. You are you are buildingÂ
an enterprise one. You are profiling sol profiling solutions to problems. At the same time, youÂ
are making money, right? And you are also making impact. That is what we call entrepreneurship.Â
You know, if you look at the life of Jesus, you understand that he’s so strategic. My timeÂ
is up. Jesus was so strategic. He only work for 3 years. Three and a half years. Yes. His impactÂ
is tomorrow in year 3,000. They will still be talking about Jesus. My God. Some of you are someÂ
of us have read we we’ve lived for a decade. We’ve lived for centuries. And just like he just diedÂ
and nobody knew about they said the wisdom of Solomon is not a function of Methuselah. But thereÂ
is something about smartness being working smart you know being strategic and all of that you knowÂ
so the go the goal is to be the light be the salt be the influence in your environment and that wayÂ
you are able to impact your generation let me stop continue don’t continue again that wasÂ
powerful you know every time the two of come out to to be a blessing is always resourcefulÂ
especially when we have sister and Mr. exponent I am always you know this is one of the benefitÂ
of our squad you can’t be facing millions of people or hundreds of thousands of people on aÂ
weekly basis and you be timing not possible and notible you know just like you said when youÂ
don’t keep to time or when you don’t keep to your time you will you will time out just youÂ
will just time out what does what do I mean to time out you will face out you know there was AÂ
time I was walking in the place I noticed they were wasting my time. I deliberately resigned byÂ
myself and you know because I have strategically planned my way you know when I was praying theÂ
Holy Spirit told me you don’t need to call any man for help I will sustain you not just sustainÂ
you by what you have I will help you to you know increase it just like the Holy Spirit JesusÂ
Christ said I will send you the comforter who  will bring to your memory what you have knownÂ
so the Holy Spirit will not bring no jaggers to You you must have a plan. Your plan is what GodÂ
will ride upon to take us to the next level of life. I’m so excited for this teaching. ThisÂ
is what people pay hundreds of thousands to to to get they go to know for to seminaries. I haveÂ
attended several business meeting paying. In fact, there are a lot of certification I’ve gotten thatÂ
I pay in dollars to get my certification. After learning, I have to now buy my certificate inÂ
dollars. The minimum I used to to pay to get those certificates. Some will be free class, but you payÂ
like $40 to get the certificates, you know. So, life is all about you be intentional. Nobody getÂ
to the top by just praying to the top. You must be intentional. As we are depending on God, GodÂ
is also depending on us to raise our business. At this at a time in your life, you must alsoÂ
learn to start imparting some generation. People should learn to earn from you. People should startÂ
earning from you. You should have a business that can feed people. You should have a system in placeÂ
that other families are depending on it for their livelihood. Not don’t be the taker generations.Â
Every time you are taking from people, set up an institution that can be feeding people from thatÂ
resource. You see, there are a lot of people in my community that I live. They keep coming forÂ
help. So, we keep creating employment for all of them. There’s a particular woman, her job is justÂ
to come and clean the house. They get paid. Every weekend she come to to domestic work. she getÂ
paid because every time I see she keep coming coming to get to get she don’t do anything it’sÂ
not that she’s handicap okay let’s give you a job oh yeah this is your work oh yeah another personÂ
also this okay let’s give you a job you just come and be a transportation job come and be carryingÂ
my children oh yeah to school you empower people how do you do it by being smart in what you areÂ
doing so that give them a sense of responsibility a sense of so that means that man knows thatÂ
families also depend on him. So when we say working smart it also means that you are makingÂ
people to be responsible. You are answerable to the level you are today. Most of what you areÂ
going through is not the devil. The devil is not ominous. He doesn’t know everything. God is theÂ
only omnipresent. So the devil cannot know what is in your mind. The Bible say only the spiritÂ
of the Lord that searches the heart of man not the devil. So if there is nothing in your heartÂ
you cannot produce anything. The devil only work based on available information by his familiarÂ
spirit. This is what is happening happen. They also do meeting zoom meeting. The devil has goÂ
beyond what zoom meeting. What is happening in UK now? They say oh we saw said no you can’t goÂ
there. they carry fire. res you can’t go there you know I was trying to h you know so that is howÂ
the strategic they have so we also as a child of god even in our business life we must be strategicÂ
all those people you see with big big testimony doesn’t just happen it’s hard work I keep tellingÂ
people to those that are hardworking it is harder to give up they don’t give up anything but whenÂ
you are not hardwork Life is hard. Mhm. But I am not also saying that being hardworking withoutÂ
working smart. You must be hardwork then you work smart. Just like Joseph, he was smart enoughÂ
to know that even though Goliath carry helmets, but the face of Goliath was not covered. SoÂ
that was his target. He was not just going to throw the stone. He already knew that that placeÂ
was not protected. So if I can hit that place, Goliath will go down. So while David I meanÂ
why David was talking to Golth, he was not just talking he was distracting Goliath. Why heÂ
was just say I’m going to pull you down. He was  trying to see if you not he say I will cut offÂ
your head. That means his target was his head. He knew what he wanted to do. He said tonight IÂ
will cut off your head. So he he saw that place. He saw the vacuum there. So even in your businessÂ
you should know where you are failing where am I failing why am I not making progress then youÂ
do meeting with other people you you buy idea just like Mr. She said collaborating efforts. YouÂ
must collaborate to grow your business. You don’t just say no I don’t want people to see you know IÂ
somebody share a picture with me in those you know here in Africa especially Nigeria when you areÂ
you see people covering their books so that you  not copy them. He said all those people coveringÂ
books today I the governor and then the president. So even in business world don’t just isolate yourÂ
information share ideas share ideas ask question why am I not making success someone like me I askÂ
a lot of question if I am not doing it right I call people that are in that business they are notÂ
my enemy we are competing everybody is there to make an admins so I cannot say they are my enemyÂ
if I am not doing well I will go and make them why am I not doing well then they will tell me whatÂ
they are doing and Thank you sir. God increase us in Jesus name. Amen. So as we be bringing the meetÂ
to a close, let me just allow um sister to to give us a one minute um um a close up u charge thenÂ
um Sam also will give us one minute. So bear with us for another 3 minutes to just quickly just doÂ
the round off. So sister one minute and give us a charge for closing. Okay. Um I will draw this fromÂ
an experience I had um three years ago. I mean some of us knew I went through a particular healthÂ
challenge unknown to me because of misdiagnosis but of course the Holy Spirit came through. I didÂ
say that um whatever hiccup or bumps you beat on the way is so that God can is is a way of creatingÂ
an opportunity for growth. And that was what happened to me. You know it was a health challengeÂ
but in that health challenge God opened a business idea that thrived to the point where as I wasÂ
leaving I had to maybe not transfer but it was there’s someone handling that side. So what am IÂ
trying to say here? Like I said earlier, whatever  it is you do must be of benefit to humanity. ItÂ
will not be selfish. And because it’s of benefit to humanity, the Holy Spirit will constantly holdÂ
you by hands, giving you enabling grace to be able to fulfill these things. So if you understandÂ
like Samuel said, what your call is, understand that you need God to achieve it. And with that,Â
he will direct you to the right. Not everybody should be your friend. Not everybody should be inÂ
your networking. He would drive you to the right people and help you fulfill this mandate. AndÂ
like pastor Peter said at every time you pause and check am I making any progress. If I’m notÂ
retrace back and start again and above all put God in everything you do. There’s no exaggerationÂ
with God. Just put in all you do and it will help you in Jesus name. Thank you so much. somewhere.Â
Okay, let me just wrap up. So, um let me just say that we are in a dispensation where God is raisingÂ
generational people in the business world. God is raising builders. He’s raising creators. He’sÂ
raising leaders and visionaries that will combine diligence with um divine direction. People thatÂ
will combine excellence with ethics and people that will combine combine purpose, productivityÂ
with purpose. Now this is what you don’t just work hard. We know that hard at work hard workÂ
does not kill it be fine. Don’t just work hard. You must work smart. We’ve aligned what smart workÂ
is. We use the acronyms work smart is strategic. Be understand measurability. Be be accountable.Â
Be realistic in your dealings and remain relevant and then be time conscious. Then work spiritledÂ
too. As believers, we must be led. That is where discernment comes in. It comes in. You mustÂ
discern. There is something about discernment that decision. Discernment is on another levelÂ
unlike just making decisions. When you discern, you are able to do things the right way. You areÂ
and that’s what make you a leader. So discern, work strategically. We used to say it energy,Â
strategy is better than energy. So be strategic what you are doing and let your life be a sermonÂ
that preaches louder than your words and then embrace. Excellence. Excellent. Thank you so much.Â
