I crashed at a cyclocross race. I noticed my left front brake wasn’t working. I think the hose was pulled from the connection. I pushed the hose back in and tightened the screw. Looks like air and mineral oil is coming out when I press the lever. How do I fix this? Lever is Shimano 105 DI2.

First you should remove the fluid and inspect cable, olive, plug and threads to see if anything is damaged. Hopefully is just the plug/olive and not the threads.
If there’s excess length you could trim down the hose a few centimeters and install new barb and olive. Make sure to check the shifter thoroughly for damage (broken threads, cracked body etc)
Ideally, take it to a good bike shop and let them sort it. The hose should not have been able to come loose anyways, even in case of a crash.
If the hose was able to pull out of the connection w/o the bolt being unthreaded, then the olive is no longer attached to the hose, suggesting the original install was done improperly.
You need the hose end terminated again, this time correctly. As /u/Johnny12679 says, this can be done with your existing hose if you have ~1cm of excess length, otherwise you need an entirely new hose.
