Really newbie, need your assistances. My crank is miche primato the old one with BCD 135. At beginning I had the first bottom bracket tange LN-3912 JIS spindle of 107mm, functionally good, only one thing is the chain will be a little noisy when I slow down.
Then I learned what’s is Chainline. After some research i got a Hatta R9400 NJS certified which this is supposedly to be ISO square taper not JIS’. But why the chainring still not in the right position ? I wonder does hatta really has the ISO spindle. To compare the spindles side by side, i really see NO difference. So what should I do next ? To find a miche oldest one or to get a 103mm JIS one?
FYI, rear huh is white industries, 41.5 mm chainline as official information. I roughly measure my front chainline is about 47.5mm

Your rear wheel chain ring needs a pair of spacers. Look for waveywheelies on you tube. He has a video showing how to. Alternatively, take it to your local LBS. Also, check your chain for wear. HTH.
Pretty sure you need a 107 iso taper for those cranks. I think that hatta is a 109.
Iso and jis tapers look VERY similar and you probably won’t see a difference without measuring.
does the chainring clear the frame if you mount it on the inside of the spider?
Your bike looks fun you got any better pics for us all?
Which way did you install the cog?
some cogs sit further out from the hub. i imagine the right cog and a shorter spindle or mounting chainring inside can help enough all together
Remount the chainring inward. Get a shorter spindle length.
Try mounting the tooth wheel on the inside of the crank. If it rubs the frame, us a smaller one. If this let’s you spin out, use a bigger one one on the rear wheel. If the chain line still not good need a different BB or crank or both
Its probably due to your wheel being slammed if you pulled your wheel back it probably will be better aligned but you’ll need to add a extra link.
I tried to slam my wheel and ran into the same issue so I just went back to the way things were originally. I still want my wheel slammed but I cant yet I need the tools to dissemble everything 😩
Edit: I forgot to add that i it could be wrong and if I am i apologize
Also another thing you might have to drop down to a smaller chainwheel and cog so that you could potentially move your cranks in a bit more closer to the frame for better alignment.
The issue with this is im not sure if you’re crank can be pushed more closer to the frame.
Looks like you’re gonna need to measure your frame (looks like you didn’t do that), and get the correct bottom bracket for those cranks.
