In Texas we are discouraged from riding in the wet to prevent ruts when the dirt dries. I guess a policy like that isn’t really needed when the trail never dries.

In NC, trips will close if conditions are poor and train erosion is likely. I wouldn’t ride in conditions like this just because I want to preserve our trails.
