Welcome to our first Brompton Touring adventure! In this episode, we begin our journey from Nottingham to London on our beloved Brompton folding bikes. We’re just a group of amateur cyclists who love the freedom of slow travel, scenic routes, and the joy of exploring places on two small wheels 🚲✨

[Music] Hello everyone. Uh good morning. So I’m heading now to uh Nottingham station. So uh we’ll be planning to do the cycling from Nottingham to London. So we divide it into three days. So the first day we will go to So today we’ll go to uh Northampton. So it’s about um 100 kilometers. Uh and the second day we from north hand we will go we stopping at Watford uh approximately approximately uh almost the same distance and uh from Wford in the third day uh is around 20 kilos something. So yeah uh there’s four uh so not four five uh it’s already at Nottingham so I’m just heading now. Uh, you see that’s my box there. So, we’ll we’ll catch up there and yeah, we will start today. So, we’ll see. I’m not sure if I can do uh that much today or I I’m not sure if I can do it, but uh let’s see. So, before I take the So, that is everyone. So, we we ready? So now is what time now? Half past 8. Half past 8. So right nice. So we can relax on on on the road. Enjoy the the ride. there. Okay, we start heading to um what is it? Um Northampton. So we start at half 8. So we see how it goes. We stop at uh Aldi to buy some breakfast. some of us. Uh, it’s not. There’s a toilet here. Maybe maybe maybe enter. It’s a bit uphill. Uh not much. We we heading to Lester now. So is maybe we’ll be there in in an hour. Oh, so that Emerson there. Nice view. Definitely. Woo. It’s just 20 kilometers from what we start. So, it’s still a long way to go on day one. Look at that. The view is amazing. Not this note. [Laughter] See that? So we are here at Lester. Here he come. Oh. So this is like the We are here finally at Leester. Um so we we plan to refueling a little bit uh some uh some of our friends buy something to eat. Uh take away we will eat along the way. So it’s first time for me to to get to Leicester. Uh never been here. Maybe I need to spend some time to look around the city. And yeah, so we park here a little bit. So maybe we spend like um 10 10 minutes 15 minutes. So max. Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, we like [Music] Bonus. Bonus. So, we’re waiting for itself. Nice. We now reach uh 60 kilometer from what we start from Nottingham. We already passed laced recently. So yeah, still 40 kilometers to go. Okay. [Music] We’re reaching 70 kilome now. So another 30 km to go. So we finally arrived at Market Harbor. Okay. Magic water. Magic water. Magic tissue. [Music] Yay! Okay, enough rest. So, we’re going now. We reached uh 80 kilometer around 20 km to go. This uh trail is quite flat so it’s good for our leto for recovery. Nearly there. So that is the end of bloody trail. It’s very very long. I don’t know how many kilometer is that or how many miles is that. Now we here it’s bit late because so much delay and the the the trail road is quite gravel uh track. So we cannot we cannot move faster. So here we are in the Northampton Lamport Railway. So we’re heading there. Nearly there. Oh dear.
